My sister Megan's good friend, Laurie, is a photographer and so my parents flew her up to Maine to take our family picture. So this is what we spent this day doing. We had one big group picture and then people got individual family pictures taken. They turned out really well! We started taking the pictures around noon and she was taking pictures pretty much all day long!

I love this picture! We're sitting here in the flower garden getting our picture taken and
one of the kids playing over in the woods shouts that he saw a snake! We are all TERRIFIED of snakes...so we were all freaked out--a classic photograph!

My mom is the Queen of crafts and she always brings one or two crafts for the grandkids to work on. All the grandkids LOVE to make crafts with grandma. She worked on a couple in the morning while everyone was getting ready for pictures.

I absolutely love these pictures! And the freaked out picture was hilarious!! Great times! and it is so beautiful up there!
I'm still bummed about not getting our family pictures out on the rocks, but what are you going to do when your 9 month old gets stung by a bee? Yeah, that one of us freaked out made me laugh a lot! It's perfect.
