July 19th was the day that my little niece got married. Well, I guess she's not so little anymore. She's 20 years old now. She and Ty got married at this place called Red Butte Gardens in Salt Lake City. It was a really pretty place, but it was terribly hot that day and they got married in the afternoon. Luckily though, it was in the shade and they provided lots of cold water to drink. We were all still sweating by the end though.
Waiting for the wedding to start--I think we were fairly early.

After the ceremony, the wedding party had to stay and take pictures. They were supposed to do it in the morning, but poor Karlie was sick and throwing up. Not a good day for the flu. But, she pulled it off well.
The rest of us went to find a place for lunch. We ended up at Corner Bakery just down the street. We stayed in the air conditioning for quite awhile!
After a long leisurely lunch, we headed down to Pleasant Grove where they were having the reception. It was at a place called Stone Gate Center for the Arts.
They had assigned times for the families to get pictures taken with the bride and groom.

My cousin Tyler and brother Tad--no they are not drunk--they were non-alcoholic drinks, but the picture is hilarious!

The cute couple had to kiss every time someone shook their car keys
then the dancing started...

with her brother Hayden
and with Grandpa
It was a long 3 hour drive back to Wellsville, and Garrett didn't want to stay, so he took all the kids back home with him except Maggie (who stayed with me) and Lydia who went home with grandma and grandpa.
So, we all got out and danced together. Tiff wouldn't get out and dance much, but Brooks and Hayden did. It was fun.
Megs was being silly and trying to keep Tiff on the dance floor somehow?!

They got a big send off with some sparklers, which was really neat. It was a beautiful wedding!
