Easter and General Conference Weekend

Saturday April 4th
This morning we watched the first session of General Conference.  I like to hang up pictures of the apostles and see if my kids can match their names to their pictures.  Then, after we listen to their talk during Conference, we write a brief synopsis of what their talk was about below their picture.
We didn't get to watch the afternoon session because we went out and bought a new bed for Lydia.  We felt it was time to move Noah to a twin bed instead of his little toddler bed.  He shares a room with Bella and there is no space in their room for 2 twin beds, unless they were bunks.  Lydia had the other twin, so she had to give that one up for Noah.  When we got back, we dyed Easter Eggs.
A picture of their bunk beds.  I hate that it covers their window, but if we turned it the other way then the foot of the bed is right where the door is.
Lydia's new bed.  Since she has her own room, we decided to get a bigger bed (just a full size) in case we have company.  Then they can use her bed and room as a guest room.
Sunday April 5th
Easter morning--Easter baskets that the bunny left.
The Easter Bunny hid the eggs for the kids.  They each get their own color so they know which ones to take and everyone gets the same number of eggs.
After eating breakfast and watching the morning session of conference, we went over to Jim and Georgia's for another egg hunt and Easter dinner.

It's so much better for everyone to have their own color of eggs, isn't it??
